Terms of use

This user agreement applies between Obvi Use AB org nr. 556878-0166, address Västerlånggatan 30, 111 29 Stockholm (the "Supplier") and you (the "Customer") for the use of the cookie consent solution CookieTractor (the "Service").

1. The Service

The Service offers functionality to collect consent for cookies from visitors to the Customer's website(s). During the Agreement term, the Customer will have access to and the right to use the Service.

2. Data

Customer data is stored on servers located in Sweden. Pseudonymised consents are transferred directly from the end user to servers in Sweden. Data delivery of client-side code to end users takes place via a third-party CDN with global coverage. If the Customer has chosen the additional service "Data delivery within the EU", data delivery (including name look-up) to the end user only takes place via servers located within the EU.

3. Implementation

The service is implemented by the Customer or by the Customer's designated partner. Installation instructions for the Service are available at:

It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure that the implementation of the Service and the information provided to the end-user is correct, which includes all information text in the Service, as well as all classification of the Customer's cookies.

There may be cookies set through the end user's interaction with the website (forms, flows, etc.) that the Service cannot automatically collect. It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure that all cookies set on the Customer's website(s) are specified in the Service.

Laws regarding cookie consent are not necessarily implemented and/or interpreted in the same way in all countries. No guarantee can be given that the Service will lead to full compliance with local rules for the use of cookies.

4.  Support

The Supplier provides support for the use of the Service via email without additional costs. Extended assistance with the implementation of the Service is provided for an ongoing hourly charge.

5.  Payment

The Service is free of charge during the 30 day trial period. If the Customer wishes to continue using the service after the trial period ends, the Customer needs to enter a credit/debit card (Visa/Mastercard/American Express) in the settings tool. If the Customer does not enter a credit/debit card, the service will be terminated after the trial period ends. The cost of the Service is charged to the credit/debit card annually (12 months) in advance according to the applicable price list available at If the Customer wishes to terminate the Service, this shall be done before the next payment period starts. The Customer can terminate the Service in the settings tool.

Swedish VAT will be charged from Customers situated in the EU except for companies that have registered a valid VAT number with us (“reverse charge”). The exception does not apply to Swedish companies. Customers outside the EU will not be charged VAT.

If card payment of the Service can not be completed, the Supplier has the right to turn off the Service for the Customer after 7 days.

6.  Contract period

This Agreement applies from the date of signup until further notice. The Customer can terminate the Service at any time in the settings tool. The Customer has the right to use the Service for the current payment period even when the Service is terminated. In the event of termination of the Service, no refund will be made for the current payment period.

7. Intellectual property rights

The vendor retains all rights and interests in and to the Service, including, without limitation, all software used to provide the Service and all logos and trademarks reproduced through the Service, and this Agreement does not grant the Customer any intellectual property rights in the Service or any of its components.

8. Liability

The Parties are only liable for direct damage under this Agreement. Maximum compensation is limited to the sum of the last 12 months of Service costs.

9. Amendment of contracts

Changes to this agreement shall be communicated to the Customer in writing. Changes will enter into force at the beginning of the following payment period. Continued use of the Service implies acceptance of the modified Terms of the Agreement.
