CookieTractor script was not found

This issues is detected when the scanner cannot find the CookieTractor-script on the current page. The most common problem is that the script is actually not loaded on the page.

If you have not installed our script yet, this error is expected, solve the problem by following our Getting Started-guide.

Intentionally not included

If you're intentionally loading the script on this page you could use the scan exclusion-feature to prevent this page from being scanned, hence removing the issue from upcoming reports.

Transient rendering errors

If your site is unstable or has transient rendering errors, the scanner will experience these as well and report errors for pages that did not load properly.

Web Application Firewall (WAF)

If you're website is using a WAF like e.g. Cloudflare, Azure WAF or CloudFront, the WAF might block our scanner on some or all pages. This is a big issue because it might mean that the scanner is unable to find all your cookies, it also means that the scanner will report this page as not loading the CookieTractor-script correctly.
